booking & cancellations

Please read carefully as the following policy is strictly enforced: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking all appointments. The deposit will go toward your treatment total and is transferable once for appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead of time. You will receive a confirmation text and email 72 hours ahead of your appointment -- this gives you 24 hours to make any changes without penalty. Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment. Rescheduling a missed appointment or late cancellation will require a new deposit.​Package holders are subject to a $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee.

pricing & gratuities

Service pricing reflects the full cost of treatment, and credit card processing fees are not added to appointments. Clients are not prompted for gratuity at checkout; however, gratuities remain entirely at each client's discretion and are always appreciated. The only additional charge applied at checkout is applicable sales tax.

new client referrals

Clients receive a $20 credit toward a service for each new client referred. Just ask your friend/family member to mention your name on their intake form and your credit will be applied at your next visit after their first service!

client compliance

For optimal results, treatment plans may require a series of services performed at recommended intervals and consistent use of professional home-care products. Our recommendations are based on thorough consultation and skin analysis and are designed to maximize the safety, effectiveness, and longevity of your results.

Because our professional products are thoughtfully selected, clinically tested, and designed to support your treatment goals, declining recommended home-care products may compromise optimal treatment outcomes. Professional treatments and home care are designed to work together to enhance, optimize, and maintain your results.

We recommend purchasing prescribed products directly through Piare to ensure product authenticity, proper sourcing, and continued guidance.

returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on products that are sealed and in their original packaging. All refunds are issued as store credit only and cannot be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that deposits, treatments, and treatment packages are non-refundable.

child policy

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, I ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services.​

pet policy

For clients' health and safety, Piare Skin Studio has a No-Pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.​

Street parking and municipal parking are available. The nearest municipal parking lot is at the end of the block on Cross St. ​Piare Skin Studio is located at 146 Main Street, Suite 2 in Beacon, New York. ​Enter on through the second door on the right side of the building. ​
